By Texas Law you must have a valid Texas Agriculture Sales and Use Tax Exemption (Ag / Timber) number to avoid Texas Sales Tax on qualifying purchases.
You can download and complete this form from the link below. Once complete you can e-mail, mail, fax or bring it with you on your first visit.
Once we have your completed form we keep them on file for your convince.
If you live out of the State of Texas and are taking delivery out of the State Texas your purchase is Tax Exempt.
If you are taking delivery at our store in Texas your purchases by Texas Law are taxable.
You can contact the Texas Comptrollers Office to inquire about obtaining a Texas Ag Timber Tax Exempt number.
